Environmental quality is a multidimensional concept that has common points with concepts such as quality of life, quality of place, perception and satisfaction of citizens. It can be considered one of the most important tasks of urban planners and designers to improve environmental quality. Urban streets, as one of the constituent elements of the structure of cities, which have the main effect in improving or reducing the environmental quality of the city, have been reduced to a path only to solve the problem of vehicle traffic. This issue is also true for Shahid Beheshti Street in Karaj, on which the initial core of the city was formed. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of effective indicators in improving the environmental quality of the said street for three specific periods of development in order to determine the extent of their use in the design and its effect in improving the environmental quality of the street. The statistical population of this research includes 20 experts from Karaj city who are related to this field. The tool for collecting information is a questionnaire, which was designed based on theoretical foundations and research. The results obtained from the independent one-sample T-test analysis show that in the three mentioned development periods, for the design and expansion of the communication network of Shahid Beheshti Street in Karaj, less attention was paid to the indicators effective in improving the quality of the environment in order to become a lively and activated space. Is. Although it was done using Tukey's test and ranking, all three periods compared to the previous period had a relatively better situation in applying the indicators to improve the environmental quality of the above street.

In recent years, communities around the world have experienced major urban fires and hundreds have lost their lives. It must be acknowledged that a percentage of crises are always an integral and natural part of systems life, however, a large part of the threats, crises and inflammations are imposed and must be anticipated and prevented before they occur with proper management and application of passive defense. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to Measure and model the spatial vulnerability of Urmia to fire with a passive defense approach, so that the type of research is applied and the research method is descriptive- analytical and data collection has been done through library, field and questionnaire studies. To achieve the purpose of the research, 14 indicators have been selected based on the opinions of the elites and information layers have been formed for them in GIS software. BWM multi-criteria decision making method was used to calculate the weight of the indicators and the results were analyzed in GAMS software. Finally, the weight obtained from the BWM method is multiplied and combined in 14 standardized indicators with fuzzy functions. The results show that 12% are in very low vulnerability zone, 31% are in low vulnerability zone, 14% are in medium vulnerability zone, 29% are in high vulnerability zone and 14% are in very high vulnerability zone. To analyze the spatial autocorrelation of vulnerable zones, Moran statistic has been used and in order to model the spatial vulnerability of Urmia city against fire, cold and hot spot analysis has been used.
